Dalet To Demo Collaboration in MAM Workflows and UHD, VoIP Support

Dalet (Booth SL4525) will demonstrate Dalet Galaxy and launch Dalet AmberFin 10.6, which supports high-quality UHD-HD/SD downconversion in Dalet AmberFin Dark, and Dalet Brio 3.1, which offers video-over-IP support.

An enterprise MAM platform designed to facilitate collaboration and business visibility, Dalet Galaxy addresses all Dalet workflow solutions for news, sports, program preparation, radio, long-form production, and archives. New and enhanced capabilities will be demonstrated at NAB 2015:

  • Advanced collaboration tools Dalet WishBin — a new module for collecting, using, and sharing all types of assets across desktop, Web, and now mobile clients — and Dalet On-the-Go, a mobile app extending Dalet users’ remote capabilities
  • State-of-the-art versioning and orchestration tools with a context map to declare and visualize relationships between media files and track stacking to quickly and efficiently bring together multiple versions for multiplatform and international distribution

Dalet AmberFin is a scalable transcoding platform with fully integrated ingest, mastering, QC, and review functionality.

Dalet Brio combines an IT-based video server and a set of workflow tools that make it extremely easy to integrate into SDI environments and now into IP environments.

In addition, the Dalet Academy Theater will host a number of educational events, including brand-new editions of Bruce’s Shorts Live, presented by Dalet Chief Media Scientist Bruce Devlin, and educational sessions and workshops from Dalet Academy experts and technology partners such as Adobe and Quantum.

Marking its 25th anniversary, Dalet invites attendees to visit its booth for engaging presentations and a toast to its next quarter century.
