Dejero’s Frusina To Speak at NAB Broadcast Engineering Conference, Other Sessions
Bogdan Frusina, founder/CTO of Dejero (Booth N1009), an innovator in remote acquisition, cloud management, and multiscreen distribution of professional live video over IP, will speak at three conference sessions during NAB 2015. His appearances will range from a five-person panel debate on cloud software for television to a featured session at the NAB Broadcast Engineering Conference (BEC), in which he will present his paper on video-contribution management in the cloud.
On Monday April 13 (4 p.m., CM|IP Pavilion), he will be joined by Dejero VP, Broadcast Integration, Bill Nardi in presenting “Live Event Workflows: Looking to the Cloud for Multiscreen Video-Contribution Management.” They will cover the challenges broadcasters face in delivering low-latency, high-quality live video reliably to multiscreen audiences on-air and online.
On Tuesday April 14 (1:30 p.m., Room S227) during the BEC, Frusina will present his paper titled “Video-Contribution Management in the Cloud,” describing a virtual, centralized cloud infrastructure that enables a broadcast facility to route contributed content and online-publishing services while providing real-time and historical analytics.
On Wednesday April 15 (3 p.m., CM|IP Pavilion), he will participate in a Connected Media|IP panel debate titled “Software Defined and the Cloud, Ready for Its TV Debut,” moderated by Will Garside, editor, IBE Connects.
At the show, Dejero will feature its live events workflow in addition to its full range of remote-acquisition, cloud-management, and multiscreen-distribution solutions.
