Anne Jacobsen, CEO of Media City Bergen and Media Innovation Norway, passes away shortly before her 59th birthday

SVG Europe is sad to report that Anne Jacobsen, CEO of Media City Bergen and Media Innovation Norway, has passed away.

In her role Jacobsen championed SVG Europe Nordic events and enthusiastically supported our summits held annually at Media City Bergen.

She was the key driving force behind the Norwegian Media Cluster and its ongoing success will be part of her enduring legacy.

Joe Hosken, SVG Europe, commented: “Anne was an enthusiastic supporter of SVG Europe’s collaboration with Media City Bergen and always brought a mix of enthusiasm, insight and honesty to all the conversations we had. We will miss working with her enormously. Our deepest sympathies go out to her family, friends and colleagues.”
