Bahrain TV Sports Channel secures Gulf Cup broadcast rights

The announcement pertaining to the 21st Gulf Cup – which is set to take place in Bahrain from 5 to 18 January – was made by Supreme Council for Youth and Sports general secretary Shaikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa.

The broadcasting rights to the event were purchased from World Sport Group, a Singapore-based firm that holds exclusive satellite broadcast copyrights to the 21st Gulf Cup.

A highly important fixture on the annual golfing calendar, the Gulf Cup will this year involve a total of eight teams, specifically: Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Yemen.
