Batcam has returned as a Bronze sponsor of SVG Europe. The company, which offers innovative camera solutions for the world’s largest sporting events and cinematic projects, is trusted by top broadcasters, leagues and federations to capture all the action from major sporting events.
Clients include the Premier League, who Batcam has been working with since 2019. In the 2022/23 season Batcam Fly for was used to capture aerial footage, Batcam Wire2pt for tracking coverage, and Batcam Hold for cinematic player and fan shots with shallow depth of field.
Batcam Fly and Drive were also used by Sky Sports on The Ashes 2023, the ninth year the company has worked on Sky Sports’ cricket coverage.
Other innovations from the company include Trax, which when working in ‘Game Mode’ gives fans a match-viewing experience typically seen on games consoles as it tracks the action from side-to-side in line with play, while Batcam Selfie lets the stars control the camera with a live selfie stick and embedded audio.
