Bridge Technologies, whose monitoring/analysis systems, intelligent switchers and virtual environments help deliver over 25,000 channels to more than 1.2 billion subscribers in 96 countries, has joined SVG Europe as a Gold sponsor.
“Bridge is proud to once again join SVG Europe as a sponsor seeing the value in their three-pillar mission: advancing how sports content is created and delivered, empowering the global community of sports-video professionals with real knowledge, and fostering an open dialogue between practitioners and technology innovators,” said Simen K Frostad, chairman at Bridge Technologies.
“These pillars capture exactly why this industry moves forward. As IP-based workflows replace legacy systems and immersive formats reshape how we experience live sports, we need spaces where ideas, expertise, and technology meet. For us at Bridge Technologies, partnering with SVG Europe is a way to contribute to that evolving ecosystem by actively supporting the conversations and collaborations that will shape the future of sports production.”
The company’s solutions include the VB440 ST 2110 production analytics probe, which incorporates packet analysis, content visualisation, scopes, audio and deep engineering to give at-a-glance insight into the full production environment, and the VB220 IP network probe, which can be utilised in any network where digital video is carried across an IP-based infrastructure.
Bridge also recently launched tthe VBC Live, an evolution of its VideoBridge Controller. The VBC aggregates data, alarms and device statuses from across the broadcast chain into a single platform. With Live, this is extended into a fully customisable video mosaic: multiple live feeds displayed simultaneously, overlaid with real-time alarm indicators. For sports operations centres handling dozens of simultaneous matches, this capability provides immediate visual context and allows engineers to resolve issues before audiences notice.
