Bundesliga International has signed a four-year deal with Turkish broadcaster Saran Media Group.

The agreement will begin at the start of the 2025-26 season, and will conclude with the culmination of the 2028-29 campaign. It marks a return for the Bundesliga to Saran, which last held the rights during the 2020-21 season.

Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2 matches will be shown on Saran’s S Sport platforms.

The Bundesliga has the highest number of Turkish players currently in the top five European leagues, with Turkish players “shining” in the Bundesliga,” said Peer Naubert, managing director and chief marketing officer of Bundesliga International.

“Building upon this rich heritage, and leveraging the current crop of national team players starring in the Bundesliga, we have become the fastest-growing of the top five European leagues when it comes to fan interest in Turkey.

“Working alongside Saran, we aim to showcase the stories of Football As It’s Meant To Be, bringing the Bundesliga even closer to fans across Turkey over the next four years.”

Saran Media Group’s sports portfolio also includes the NBA, Wimbledon, NFL, and the UFC.

“We are thrilled to extend our partnership with Bundesliga, one of the world’s most exciting and competitive football leagues,” said Kenan Saran, CEO of Saran Media Group.

“Turkish football fans have shown incredible passion for the Bundesliga over the years, and we are committed to providing them with the best viewing experience possible. With top-tier production, expert commentators, and a customer satisfaction-focused approach, we are committed to delivering the ultimate Bundesliga experience to Turkish football fans.”
