BVE 2015: Vizrt to showcase new control room solution, multiscreen studio control system
Among the solutions that Vizrt will be showcasing at BVE 2015 will be Viz Opus, its new complete control room solution, media asset management system Viz One and Viz Multiplay, the multiscreen studio control system.
Viz Opus offers broadcasters a quickly deployable, easy to use, fully integrated, compact control room in one system. It combines high-quality video and graphics playout, automation system control, and an audio mixing solution solution. The system only needs camera or external inputs, graphics and video content to be ready to start producing.
Vizrt’s MAM solution, Viz One manages content in a central repository. Staff can produce video files for broadcast, mobile, and web in one seamless workflow – with access from their normal PC or Mac desktops. Viz One is available in several pre-configured packages designed to allow you to quickly get up and running. Each package targets a specific type of production and can be bundled for a single system that handles many different productions.
Viz Multiplay controls a variable number of screens from a single interface. Studio productions are becoming more complex as broadcasters add more screens to give the journalist more storytelling options. The high number of screens in the studio require a system that is easy to use and flexible enough to allow different content to be distributed to different screens and many different configurations. Screens can be of varying resolution and aspect ratio for creative freedom of studio configuration. Viz Multiplay controls an individual screen or triggers content to multiple screens simultaneously.
