Cerberus Tech, the provider of fully managed contribution and distribution services, has joined SVG Europe as a Gold Sponsor. The company wants to reach a broader market and sees SVG Europe events as being the right place to achieve that goal.

Chris Clarke, Cerberus Tech CEO, commented: “I have attended some SVG Europe events previously and found them all to be very well attended with both our target audience for Cerberus as well as our peers, both complementary, competing, and new.

“We have been developing our live IP delivery services over the last three to four years for the sports broadcast market and we now want to reach a wider broadcasting market to increase our reach and make our presence known within the industry,” continued Clarke.

Andy Howard, sales director at Cerberus Tech, added: “The companies that are already sponsors of SVG Europe are our customers and competitors; people we deal with every day. It is appropriate for us to join SVG Europe now if we’re going to compete at the same table as those companies, and it’s good to know were mixing with the right company.”

Howard continued: “The events are always engaging and relevant and give you the chance to network with the right people. The sports market is developing rapidly with delivery of content key to the success of an event, and our solutions supplement what our customers want to achieve. To date we have delivered football, horse racing, hockey, boxing, modern pentathlon and more recently eSports – which has a massive potential audience – to global affiliates, and joining SVG Europe will give us more opportunity to talk about delivering even more content.”

Cerberus Tech’s fully managed contribution and distribution service is provided over the internet for either full time or ad-hoc events globally. The company enables the ability to provide cost-effective and reliable solutions quickly for sports, eSports, and live broadcast events, whether to augment or replace traditional satellite and fibre delivery to worldwide affiliates.
