CyanView joins SVG Europe as Sponsor to promote its technology across the region

CyanView founder and CEO, David Bourgeois, with the latest version of the company’s camera control unit

Specialist in multi camera control over IP, CyanView, has joined SVG Europe as  the latest OB/SI Sponsor.

The company, which was created in 2015, sells its technology in 20 markets. The company is also very active in ENG, D-cinema and other segments, which fall under the umbrella of tailormade solutions within the company.

Commented David Bourgeois, CEO and founder at CyanView: “We are very happy to become a sponsor of SVG Europe to promote our technology and network with key executive in the sports industry. Since CyanView is already being used in sporting events around the globe, joining SVG Europe was the logical choice.

“We are looking forward to collaborating with everyone [within the SVG Europe team] and attending their different events.”

He continued: “We started off by providing custom projects on big sports events such as Les 24h du Mans, where we controlled remotely 20 mini cameras on board racing cars, six PTZ and three other mini cameras located around the race track. Users of our technology can control all the cameras through a single unified IP network, and also match the colours between all the cameras within seconds. In a nutshell, we solve many headaches for vision engineers with remote control and matching of their cameras from a single remote control panel (RCP),” he concluded.

Since the company’s creation, CyanView has carried out many tailormade projects. These have in turn led to the creation of its current product line, sold worldwide on mini cameras. The kit is plug and play, and customers can start controlling and matching colours of cameras within minutes.

A recent sporting event the company has worked on was Tour de Suisse this summer, where it remotely controlled cameras located on motorbikes and helicopters.
