DAZN Football launches Two Touch social debate show

DAZN is expanding its football coverage with its latest social debate show, entitled Two Touch, which is available on @DAZNFootball and @WhistleSports social handles as well as DAZN’s OTT platform from Tuesday 29 April.

Hosted by former Premier League winner Danny Simpson and former England international Lianne Sanderson, this UK-based showdown tackles the biggest questions in the game — legacy vs progress, club vs country, old school vs new wave.

“I’ve seen every side of this game. Two Touch gives us the space to speak honestly, no filters, no headlines — just real talk about the sport we love,” said Simpson. “I’m buzzing to get stuck into these debates with Lianne — we won’t always agree, but that’s what makes it real.”

“Football’s changing, and so are the conversations around it. Two Touch is about bringing different perspectives to the table — not just about what happens on the pitch, but what it means,” said Sanderson. “I’m proud to be part of this show because those that know me know how much I value open and honest conversations surrounding the game and life and not just on the surface and this show allows us to do that.”

“We’re excited to launch Two Touch at a time when the football conversation is bigger than ever. On the heels of the FIFA Club World Cup being free to watch on DAZN this summer, we’re doubling down on bringing fans closer to the game — not just through live action, but through the voices and views that shape it,” said Rich O’Reilly director of social media, DAZN Football at DAZN. “Danny and Lianne bring unmatched insight and authenticity, and with Two Touch we’re delivering raw, unfiltered football debate the way it should be.”
