EMG focuses on “delivering the best service possible” throughout COVID-19 pandemic

Euro Media Group (EMG) has stated it intends to continue to deliver the best service it can throughout the coronavirus pandemic currently shaking the world.

Patrick van den Berg and Francois-Charles Bideaux, CEOs of EMG, said in a joint statement:

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, our most important message from our company to customers and partners around the world is that we sincerely hope they stay safe. Since many weeks already, we have implemented all the safety measures suggested by scientists and recommended by the authorities of all the countries where we are involved. Drastic measures taken very early on allowed all members of our staff to remain healthy and thankfully, no COVID-19 case was detected for now. We are however very aware of the risks and remain extremely cautious, as our top priority right now is to keep our staff and customers safe and healthy.

“We are here for [our customers] and we’ll be happy to present them our solutions to produce their content remotely if needed during those uncertain times.”

We want to stay positive and we remain confident that the many measures being taken by multiple authorities around the world will help contain the situation of the COVID-19 virus.

We fully understand that some of our clients across the world had to cancel a number of events in order to act responsibly in front of this global threat.

Despite the difficult context, we focus our energy on delivering the best service possible to our clients who trust us to deliver broadcast production and live events of the highest quality to the world later this year.

We want to encourage our customers to see the opportunity in this obstacle, as we certainly do. We are here for them and we’ll be happy to present them our solutions to produce their content remotely if needed during those uncertain times. Let’s be resilient and prepare the future of broadcasting together.
