Eurosport to broadcast Ligue 1 exclusively in Spain as Warner Bros. Discovery acquires rights
Some of the biggest stars in world football will be playing on Eurosport Spain from this weekend. Warner Bros. Discovery has acquired the Spanish broadcasting rights to Ligue 1 for the remainder of the 2022-2023 season, as well as the entire 2023-2024 campaign. Thanks to this new agreement, Eurosport Spain will offer full and exclusive coverage of the French football league across its television channels and digital platforms in Spain.
Eurosport Spain is now the only place to enjoy all the matches of each Ligue 1 matchday in Spain. Each week of the competition, the public will be able to follow two league matches live on Eurosport Spain channels, including the match played by PSG’s Messi, Neymar and Mbappé, while the rest of the matches will be available live and on demand only on the Eurosport app.
Warner Bros. Discovery penned the agreement with beIN Media Group, the exclusive international distributor for premium French football and the key properties of the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP), specifically Ligue 1 and Trophee des Champions.

Ligue 1 coverage in Spain kicks off this weekend with the live broadcast of AS Monaco vs PSG on Saturday 11 February at 17:00. The match can be followed on simulcast on Eurosport 2, Spanish FTA channel DMAX and the Eurosport app.
In addition, Eurosport 2 will live broadcast the Nice vs Ajaccio match on Friday 10 February, from 21.00. All of Matchday 23 will be available on the Eurosport app live and on demand.
