Front Porch Digital appoints three in Europe
Front Porch Digital has announced three appointments to its international staff in response to increasing demands for the company’s new cloud-solution platform known as LYNX. Christian Lebraud and Guillaume Neveux are based in Annecy, France, and will serve the international market as operations manager for LYNX and channel sales manager, respectively, while Felix Denner augments the European sales team. Based in Berlin, Denner will have key account responsibility for the German, Austrian, and Swiss regions and further international territories.
Lebraud comes to Front Porch Digital from IBM in Geneva, where he managed customer relationships and service-level agreements for the Business Continuity and Recovery Services unit. Neveux was previously regional sales manager at OpenCube Technologies, with responsibility for business development in Europe and the United States. Denner joins Front Porch Digital with experience including senior sales roles at Harris Corporation and Weather Central, LP.
“These appointments bring a wide-ranging base of skills and experience into our team, putting us in readiness to meet the rising demand for LYNX services and products,” says Rino Petricola, senior vice president and regional manager of Front Porch Digital International. “LYNX is reshaping the way the industry manages its assets in such a fundamental way that the level of activity for our European team is escalating rapidly.”
Front Porch Digital specializes in video archive, migration, and online video publishing, supplying solutions that are at the heart of file-based workflows within the world’s best-known media brands. Now, with the introduction of the LYNX platform, these solutions are moving to the cloud, enabling greater access, better availability, lower costs, and the highest possible security.
Front Porch Digital’s growing family of LYNX-based products and services includes LYNXdr, a secure, cloud-based disaster-recovery (DR) and long-term asset-storage service for the media marketplace, from broadcast to government, and LYNXlocal, a plug-and-go appliance that simplifies connection to the cloud, delivers local content-storage-management capabilities, and acts as a platform for enhanced cloud communications.
