Futuresource reveals latest additions to Audio Renaissance event
Two weeks away from its Audio Renaissance event – which will take place at Ham Yard Hotel, London, on 20 October – Futuresource Consulting has announced that Grammy award-winning, singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Imogen Heap will be joining a line-up of speakers from Auro Technologies, Deezer, Imagination Technologies, MQA, Qualcomm, Radioplayer, The Featured Artist Coalition, Vindincia, 7 Digital and more.
Imogen Heap is enjoying success on both sides of the Atlantic and is renowned for innovation as well as being a keen supporter of technology to enhance both the creation and distribution of music. She will share her opinions and insight on the future for the music industry, equality, and how the business models are likely to change in the light of the growth of subscription music services.
Meanwhile, Matt White of Omnifone will join the premium audio panel. An experienced recording engineer and producer, White has for the last 10 years worked in the digital music industry, guiding the correct usage and transcoding of master assets, metadata, and user experience in audio and app development.
The event will provide a thorough strategic analysis of the current music business landscape with a varied tempo of keynotes and panel discussions from leading audio hardware, content, broadcast, service providers and technology sectors. This will complemented by the latest Futuresource market reports and data nuggets highlighting the opportunities and threats to position for the years ahead.
There is still an opportunity to attend this event. Delegate places cost just £79 per person (ex-VAT), although Futuresource notes that they are selling fast!
