At FutureSPORT 2025, sponsored by TATA Communications Media, speakers from Brighton & Hove Albion FC will share how (and why) the Premier League football club produces video content for its fans.
‘Feeding the Seagulls: How Brighton & Hove Albion create and deliver fan-first football content’ will take a look inside the club’s media and digital operation with head of media and communications Paul Camillin and head of digital Piers McDermott. The duo will reveal how storytelling and innovation drive engagement across various platforms to support the club’s wider goals, and then share their thoughts on the future of football club content production.
The session completes a stellar programme that also includes speakers from YouTube, Formula 1, Sky Sports, IMG, Aurora Media, and more, with speakers outlining where the industry is now and predicting where it’s heading over the next 12-18 months.
Topics up for discussion include: production innovation; fan engagement, interactivity and personalisation; cloud and software-based production; artificial intelligence; media asset management; and content protection & anti-piracy.
There will also be a data-based presentation from Caretta Research, a stadium tour, and ample networking opportunities.
FutureSPORT 2025 takes place at the Amex Stadium on Thursday 6th of November. To find out more and to register, go to: https://www.svgeurope.org/future-sport-2025/programme/
