Global Sports Job of the Week: Quality Assurance, Deltatre

This week, we have details of a part-time role heading up quality assurance at deltatre media, the Wimbledon, South West London operation responsible for managing the UK activities of deltatre group, which is the world’s leading provider of data processing service systems and media management to major sporting events.

Clients and events to draw on the services of the deltatre group include: UEFA (UEFA Champions League and Euro Championships); FIFA (World Cup Finals Korea and Japan 2002, Germany 2006, South Africa 2010); IRB (Rugby World Cup 2007), IAAF (World Athletic Championships and Series); the BBC and ITV; and the Commonwealth Games – Manchester, 2002.

The primary focus of the new, three days per week role at deltatre will be to take ownership of the Quality Assurance (QA) process in the company’s development cycles. This includes working closely with the various in-house project teams to not only design but also implement testing cycles for websites and applications.

The successful applicant will also be responsible for writing reports from QA cycles, including presentations to project team, and building and maintaining close working relationships with project manager and technical leads.
