Established in 1995, Prozone Sports has been pioneering performance analysis for 19 years. In that time the company has worked with many of the leading clubs and organisations in sport to deliver high quality performance analysis services.

Prozone is currently looking to recruit a chief data officer to be based either its Leeds or London office, although responsibilities will cover all markets and international travel may be required.

The use of data is evolving and Prozone is eager to remain at the forefront of the sports performance industry. The chief data officer has a significant measure of business responsibility for determining how we continue to capture, retain and exploit this commodity and for what purposes.

The CDO will be tasked to drive innovation and optimise use of data with the main responsibilities being:

Enrichment – augmenting data by combining internal and external sources;

Protection – ensuring data privacy and security;

Management – managing the health of data under governance;

Exploitation – ensuring efficient ways to use existing and new data.
