The successful candidate will work directly with ACTIVE Network technical support teams in London, Asia and the US, and support clients throughout Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and North America.

They will deliver technical and customer support to clients throughout the world using multiple cloud-based products. The goal is to ensure that clients are efficiently and effectively fulfilling their business objectives with ACTIVE Network technology. This position includes troubleshooting applications, resolving issues, answering questions and giving tutorials on product functionality, as well as providing excellent customer service support to our clients. Proven English communication and problem-solving skills are critical to successful performance in this role.
