This week’s role is a full-time position at St. George’s Park in Staffordshire, UK, as digital education manager at The Football Association.

The Football Association was founded in 1863 as the governing body of the game in England. The FA is responsible for all regulatory aspects of the game of football in England.

The digital education manager plays a critical role in helping FA Education – which aims to unite the game through learning – achieve its objectives. This person will help drive and develop the Totara learning management system that underpins its work, connecting key stakeholders from across The FA to help it evolve and become the basis for a world-leading education system. They’ll be able to translate processes, user needs and insights from a highly engaged workforce into digital briefs, and work with central IT, marketing and finance teams to bring these to life.

Whilst this position reports into the marketing operations manager, this person will need to contribute and attend FA Education SMT meetings, and work across the wider department and FA, to ensure there is a coherent, effective and joined-up digital engagement plan.
