The role of the digital operations manager is to lead smooth and efficient day-to-day operations and maintenance of all UEFA’s digital platforms with the aim of reducing operational costs while minimising bug rates.

Key responsibilities for the successful candidate will include: developing and maintaining operations and maintenance procedures and documentation, and applying these across all operations teams; identifying and maintaining tools for managing requests, bugs, issues and maintenance tasks; liaising with IT teams on operational issues and requests related to infrastructure and other dependent services; troubleshooting, debugging and coordinating with the relevant parties to resolve issues; and defining and communicating operational priorities to operational teams in consultation with key stakeholders.
