PERFORM reaches and engages mass audiences through progressive sports media. At the heart of its business lies an industry-leading perspective on how to commercialise sports content across digital platforms.

Now the company is looking to recruit an experienced Executive Producer who will lead all aspects of the POTT output within the German market. The successful candidate will formally report to the Head of Production – POTT, whilst also working closely with the General Manager – Germany.

On a day-to-day basis the successful applicant will oversee all output for the German market, both in terms of programming and creative commitments. This will be focused on approximately 4800 live events per calendar year. The live events will require varying levels of production, ranging from local commentary only to bespoke match production. In addition, the candidate will oversee additional content for the product that includes match highlights, sports documentary and weekly magazine-style programming. The senior producer will also manage all creative assets for both on- and off-platform marketing.
