The ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends is critical to the role, the key responsibilities of which will include: entering and updating detailed format information regarding each programme into the On-Air scheduling system (currently, Sintec); creating and maintaining the daily transmission schedules; working with the promotions departments to log trailer information into the system; working with Programme Planners to create a daily backup list of programming and interstitial material for transmission operators; and dealing with day-to-day scheduling queries over the phone or in TX suites.
