Key responsibilities of the successful applications will include: to organise, host and manage client training workshops that include product training and knowledge testing; to host and manage regular product demonstration meetings via face to face, video conferences and telephone; to create and update user manuals and training hand-out documents and presentations; to assist with training testing techniques and methodology; to deliver internal product training and awareness; and to provide constant feedback on products to both sales and product development teams.
