This week’s role is a full-time position of sales engineer for SportRadar’s Streaming Business Unit, based in either Germany (Hamburg, Munich), Austria (Linz) or Norway (Trondheim, Oslo).

The sales engineer will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the whole integration process of SportRadar’s streaming products remotely but working closely alongside our customers. Additionally, the candidate will have responsibility for product management activities.

Primary tasks of the role will include: providing support for the sales process of SportRadar’s live sports channel, focusing on the technical integration at customers’ side; identifying and delivering individual customer solutions for client set-up; monitoring client set-up processes for streaming products, including quality assurance; training customers for daily use of products; responsibility for the shape of the live channel product; and developing and enhancing the product based on the needs of the customers.
