The social media specialist is responsible for leading and managing UEFA’s social media channels, with the goal of engaging with a global audience of more than 100 million fans by summer 2015 and subsequently delivering a digitally connected fan experience for UEFA EURO 2016.

Primary responsibilities will include: managing the social media team and relationships with major platform owners (eg. Facebook, Twitter and Google); managing more than 30 fan-facing social media channels and coping with high-pressure situations; overseeing and coordinating the integration of social media with UEFA.com, ensuring it is in line with UEFA’s general tone and key messages; and liaising and working with marketing and commercial teams to ensure the fulfilment of partners’ requirements.
