Job of the Week: TV Live Producer, UEFA

This week’s role is TV Live Producer at UEFA in Nyon, Switzerland – a position that will find the successful candidate preparing, coordinating and overseeing live productions across UEFA competitions in close contact with the host broadcaster and other UEFA units concerned.

UEFA’s TV and Video Production unit oversees the host broadcast and additional programming of all UEFA competitions, delivering guidelines and quality control for all matches along with a full range of host broadcast services for certain territories and technical and/or production support for others.

The Live TV producer will report to the Senior TV Match Operations Manager within the live production and venues area, and will have the following primary requirements: preparing live productions, including TV documents, running orders, match direction guidelines and activity plans; acting as the live TV producer at UEFA tournamnets; establishing working relationships with host broadcasters; supporting host broadcast and match directors during the preparation phase and on-site; attending site visits to identify and ensure key host broadcast facilities; participating actively in the quality control team; and supporting the unit by assisting with the preparation of TV-related manuals, internal TV workshops and broadcaster workshops.
