Gloway purchases Bel Digital Audio monitors for OB fleet

The Spanish Telefonica subsidiary Gloway has selected multiple units of Bel Digital Audio’s latest 1U 3G audio and video confidence monitors for its fleet of OB trucks. In total, eleven BM-AV1-E16SHD 16-channel audio and video monitors have been installed in Gloway trucks, with the sales handled by Bel’s long-standing Spanish distributor, AEQ.

The BM-AV1-E16SHD provides 16-channel 3G HD audio and video monitoring and comprehensive connectivity, including a pair of SDI inputs, eight AES-3id pairs and 8 balanced analogue inputs. The SDI inputs auto-detect between 3G/HD/SD SDI signals and configure themselves accordingly.

While five of the units went into new-build DSNG trucks, the remaining six went into existing vehicles. All eleven vehicles with the BM-AV1-E16SHD units are now in service, with Gloway typically providing services for coverage of major sporting events including football and tennis.
