John Ive, IABM director of technology and strategic insight, said: “The standard and quality of entrants is going to make the final judging process extremely challenging. The high level has surpassed all of our expectations and it makes me proud to be part of an industry where creativity and innovation has played such a fundamental role, both during this current period of change and further into the future.
“The shortlist highlights a huge range of pioneering products and services, all deserving of their places as category finalists. We shall look forward to honouring the overall winners at our special reception and awards ceremony at IBC in September.”
The category finalists will be judged by a panel of independent specialists, chaired by John Ive. The winners will be announced at the prestigious IABM reception and awards ceremony, which takes place at IBC in Amsterdam on Saturday 12 September.
