IBC teams up with EBU for new AI Tech Zone

IBC visitors will have the opportunity to visit the new AI Tech Zone, an area created in collaboration with EBU that is dedicated to the cutting edge of AI in media applications.

An exhibition area will showcase technology and service providers, plus a conference theatre will host expert talks and panels across a range of relevant topics, including exciting developments such as the C2PA standard for content provenance and authenticity.

Speakers will include EBU experts Francois Lavoir, Senior EU Policy Adviser, Ben Poor, Senior Project Manager, and Sébastien Noir, Head of T&I Software Engineering, as well as leading thinkers from EBU Member and Associate organizations such as the BBC, KBS, RTVE and Yle.

The AI Tech Zone will serve as a showcase for how AI is reshaping every aspect of broadcasting and media – from content creation and production workflows to audience engagement and data-driven insights. The Zone also hosts R&D work and Horizons Europe funded projects such as vera.ai.

Exhibitors in the AI Tech Zone include Wasabi, Dell Technologies, DOT Group, Bria, VionLabs, Eleven Labs, The Weather Company, AI4ME, Zaibr, Video.Taxi, MobiusLabs, Blu Digital Group, Media Monks, Magnifi, AudioShake, Tabsons, EU Project X Reco, Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen, HP (Z by HP), Vera.AI, CheckSub, ITTIAM, Scenery, V-Nova, Imaginaro.ai, Videolinq.ai, Eluvio, PacGenesis, Globant, Seagate Technology and Deepdub.

The AI Tech Zone will be in Hall 14.
