Singular.live has announced that Australian company Ida Sports is supporting its campaign to help support the Ukrainian Women’s Premier League side during the war by supplying football boots for the players of Ukrainian women’s football team, Mariupolchanka FC.

Ida Sports is an company that prioritises high performance and comfortable footwear for female athletes, who have traditionally been an afterthought. The boots will be extremely valuable to Mariupolchanka FC’s Premier League season, which has started with three victories and eleven goals, taking the team to third in the table.

“We are delighted that Ida Sports has joined our efforts to support Mariupolchanka FC as they start their Ukrainian Women’s Premier League campaign in very difficult circumstances,” said Mike Ward, head of marketing at Singular.live. ”The football boots that Ida Sports develop are designed from the ground up for female athletes. This will really give Mariupolchanka FC the edge in the league.”

However, the team is still urgently seeking to raise funds for the following items: team accommodation; full kit; and equipment for training and playing.

Singular.live is supporting these efforts by establishing a Go Fund Me page, so that the broadcast industry can help to support the team.
