Jigsaw24 strengthens technical and leadership teams

Lee Ballinger recently joined Jigsaw24 from Telestream

Jigsaw24 has announced the next phase of its media growth strategy, strengthening its technical and leadership teams to better support customers across broadcast, live production and post-production. The move aims to meet the growing demand for integrated, flexible media workflows that connect live, broadcast and post-production operations. It also reflects a sharper organisational focus on helping customers adapt to new technologies, formats and delivery models.

“The media landscape is shifting fast, and we’re evolving with it,” said Chris Bailey, head of innovation, media at Jigsaw24. “I’ve been part of this journey since joining the business and have seen the industry transform many times over. What remains constant is our commitment to innovation. Our post-production heritage is incredibly strong, and our production capability dates back to long before root6 joined forces with Jigsaw24. Now, more than ever, the industry is looking for new and efficient ways to tackle complex workflows, and we’re perfectly placed to help make that happen.”

Jigsaw24’s renewed focus includes growing capability in broadcast and live production, strengthening partnerships across news, studio and sports environments, and ensuring customers have access to the latest IP, cloud and hybrid technologies through close alignment with manufacturers such as EVS, MomentsLab, On-Hertz and Cuez.

The move builds on the recent appointment of Lee Ballinger, who joined from Telestream earlier this year and has helped shape Jigsaw24’s strategy in the broadcast space.

“In recent years, much of the focus across the organisation has been on post-production, but the demands are changing fast,” said Ballinger. “The boundaries between live, broadcast and post are blurring, and Jigsaw24 is uniquely positioned to support that shift. The depth of technical expertise here is exceptional, and the focus on innovation means we’re ready to help customers adapt and thrive.”
