Luna renews Bronze SVG Europe sponsorship

With the structure designed and created by West End Rigging, and the camera set up provided and operated on site by Luna Remote Systems, the 985m-long wirecam used for the World Athletics Championships race walks and marathon ran along Andrássy Avenue to Hero’s Square

Luna Remote Systems has returned as a Bronze sponsor of SVG Europe. The company is known for its innovative remote camera systems, which are used on major sporting events such as the World Athletics Championships, UFC and the Olympics.

Recent projects include the debut of a 4-point wirecam on Netflix WWE Raw Live events, and the use of a Falcon 4 Point Wirecam for UFC at the Inuit Dome in Los Angeles. This follows the opening of a US office in LA last year.

The company is also active in the esports arena, acting as the specialist camera provider to the League of Legends 2024 finals in London and Paris. Kit provided here included 3D, 2D and 1D Wirecams, three tracking systems, five Towercams and an Agito Dolly. In addition, three Luna Falcon four-point Wirecam systems were deployed for the 2024 Esports World Cup in Riyadh.
