Multidyne commits to European expansion with Gold SVG Europe sponsorship

Multidyne has joined SVG Europe as a Gold sponsor. The company offers signal conversion and fibre-optic-based transport systems for the broadcast, cable, satellite, production, digital cinema, surveillance, teleconferencing and pro-AV markets across all business verticals.

Solutions include the VB Series customisable PTZ/POV camera extension, which is adaptable to most professional PTZ and POV cameras and able to transport a full complement of video, audio and data signals,  offering robust, versatile solutions to serve almost any broadcast application. In addition, the MDoG-6060 Series provides SDI to ST2110 encapsulation and ST2110 to SDI de-encapsulation for the openGear platform, while the next-generation SMPTE-HUT series is designed to elevate the live production workflow. SMPTE-HUT universal camera transceivers free SMPTE-based camera chains from the limitations of hybrid copper and fibre cabling, and remove interferences associated with copper connectivity. Camera operators instead have a plug-and-play system that requires only two stands of single-mode fibre – reducing costs, weight, and set-up times – while ensuring the best possible signal integrity. With options to multiplex camera signals, boost the optical range of cameras and regenerate optical power over fibre, SMPTE-HUT is suitable for remote broadcasting, sports production and other long-distance SMPTE studio camera applications.

“Joining SVG Europe marks an exciting new chapter for MultiDyne as we continue our rapid growth,” said Matt Watkins, VP of sales & marketing, Multidyne. “This partnership reflects our commitment to expanding our presence in the European region, bringing cutting edge solutions to the world of sports video production.”
