Riedel MediorNet Compact to make Euro premiere

Riedel Communications has announced the European premiere of MediorNet Compact. MediorNet Compact is a 50 G multimedia stagebox with integrated WDM and provides the flexibility of a real-time media network, including integrated signal processing, at the cost of simple multiplexing point-to-point products.

MediorNet Compact has a network bandwidth of 50 Gbit/s and provides enough capacity for bi-directional transport of 12 HD-SDI signals, dozens of MADI streams or Gbit-Ethernet signals, and hundreds of audio channels or intercom ports.

At IBC 2011, Riedel will also present the Video Transport Solution and a new intercom product.
