Ross Video opens new flagship EMEA HQ in Reading

After three successful years at Pinewood Studios, Ross Video has opened a new, purpose-designed EMEA HQ and Customer Experience Centre at the newly refurbished White Building in Reading, Berkshire.

Commenting on the background to the move, David Ross, CEO, is quick to praise the efforts of the EMEA team in the face of challenging market conditions. “Ross Video finished our 2017 fiscal year with global growth – that’s our 26th year in a row – and the EMEA team delivered over 30% growth compared with 2016. Our regional team has almost doubled in size since 2014 and, with our lease coming to an end at Pinewood, it was clear we needed a new home that would reflect the size and stature of company we have now become in EMEA”.

Oscar Juste, Director of Sales for EMEA, is looking forward to continued investment in the region during 2018. “David and the senior management team in Canada have been incredibly supportive with this move and we’ve received the backing and investment needed to create something truly special. The office is certainly one of the most impressive spaces I have worked in and gives us everything we need to build on recent success and open the next chapter in the company’s development story. It reflects our ambition, and our anticipated growth, and we’re actively looking at other locations around Europe and the Middle East for future Ross centres”.

Set across two floors of the landmark White Building in Reading, the new Ross EMEA HQ features a large green-screen demo studio that includes the entire Ross range of solutions, a training centre for classroom and workshop sessions, technical support labs and office space for up to 30 staff. The office was officially opened on Friday 10th November at midday by David Ross and Councillor Rose Williams, The Mayor of Reading.
