Scoopa, which offers cloud-based platform solutions for sports organisations, media companies and rights holders, has returned as a Bronze sponsor of SVG Europe.
“We are excited to join SVG Europe as a sponsor for another year and connect further with the sports broadcast community,” said Marcel Alles, director sales, scoopa. “At scoopa, we provide a secure, cloud-based platform for contribution, distribution and archiving of sports media content — ensuring that federations, leagues, rights holders and agencies can deliver their non-live content such as highlights, interviews, video news releases and match coverage quickly and reliably to their media partners worldwide. With strong growth across Europe and beyond, we continue to innovate to make media logistics faster, simpler, and more efficient for the modern sports industry.”
The platform continues to evolve to meet the needs of the industry. Recent developments include Rough Cut Editor, which allows media partners to create broadcast-quality highlights without downloading full matches, and Multi-Factor-Authentication (MFA), which enhances security by requiring users to confirm their identity via an authenticator app when activated. Time-limited download rights now also mean that the rights to download high-res and low-res files can be limited in time.
Scoopa counts organisations including Infront, Sportfive, FIFA and the DFB among its users.
