The RBS Six Nations Championship commences this weekend with a trio of exciting matches: Wales vs England in Cardiff, France vs Scotland in Paris, and Italy vs Ireland in Rome. Ahead of detailed on-site coverage from the SVG Europe team, Broadcast RF has confirmed that it will be providing all host broadcast wireless camera facilities to England, Wales and Scotland for the BBC.
During the opening weekend alone, Broadcast RF will be supplying five Touchline Wireless Camera Systems and one Live Ref Cam for use during Wales vs England; three Wireless Camera Systems and one Beauty Camera for France vs Scotland; and a single Live Ref Cam for France vs Scotland.
In addition, Broadcast RF will be providing all host broadcast facilities for each home fixture held in Ireland and Italy, as well as Ref Cam at all French home fixtures.
The result is that Broadcast RF will be present at every one of the matches played over the tournament’s six-week duration, confirms company sales director Chris Brandrick.
