Sky Insights Day: UHD, IP and Sports News workflows to feature on October 12
How Sky is approaching Ultra HD and IP-based broadcast production and how Sports News workflow innovations are taking place across Sky Deutschland, Italia and UK will feature in the upcoming invitation-only, Platinum-only Sky Insights Day, presented in association with SVG Europe, at the Sky Osterley Campus on Wednesday October 12. In this unique opportunity to go behind the scenes at Sky, delegates will learn about Sky’s European co-operation case studies across F1 and Sports News Channels; Adventures in IP Production – Maximising Value through Innovation, as well as Ultra HD developments in all three territories.
There will also be a unique tour of the expanding UK headquarters, its facilities and some new vehicles. The facilities tour will include the Sky Studios building which is the home of Sky Sports, Sky Sports News and Sky’s production facilities hub, as well as an opportunity to look inside a new UHD truck (from NEP) and one of Sky’s new Ranger SNG trucks.
