SNTV delivers squash coverage through 2015

Sports video news agency SNTV has signed an agreement with the Professional Squash Association (PSA) that will enable millions of households worldwide to experience action from major squash tournaments throughout this year.

SNTV, a joint venture between IMG and The Associated Press, specialises in providing fast, relevant and premium sports news and event highlights to broadcasters and digital outlets globally. SNTV will deliver daily coverage cleared for broadcast and digital clients from major PSA events, including the World Championship and J.P. Morgan Tournament of Champions, to their extensive portfolio of partners, ranging from Al Jazeera to Zee TV.

“We’re very pleased to have partnered with SNTV and have been impressed with the work they have done over recent years,” said PSA chief executive Alex Gough. “We were delighted to work with the SNTV team during the recent 2014 Qatar PSA World Championships in what was a fantastic tournament from start to finish and we are confident that the addition of SNTV to our growing broadcast portfolio will be a fruitful one for us. I am looking forward to working closely with them over the coming years to ensure the sport of squash continues to grow and expand throughout the world.”

SNTV’s managing editor, Andrew Parkinson, added: “Squash is a dynamic sport that makes for great viewing and we are very pleased to add squash to our portfolio of premium sports content. We are looking forward to working with the team at PSA and SquashTV to show content from some of the world’s biggest squash tournaments to a new audience around the world.”
