Sport Production Summit: Morgan and Serafin to discuss Video Assistant Referee (VAR) production

SVG Europe is delighted to announce that Nick Morgan, Premier League Head of Production and Marcin Serafin, Ekstraklasa Live Park Director of Operations/COO will join moderator Fergal Ringrose to discuss ‘Video Assistant Referee: New Production Workflow’ at Sport Production Summit in Amsterdam on 14 September.

Video Assistant Referee (VAR) systems are being trialled in football but how will VAR work smoothly at the top level while preserving the flow of the game? Could the game be slowed down too much with these extra electronic tools? How should VAR be introduced to benefit the referee, players, spectators, broadcasters and federations? Sport Production Summit discusses the brave new world of VAR in the context of its TV production introduction.
