Sport Production Summit: Remote sports production revolution with Pac-12 Networks

Pac-12 Networks is a world leader in remote sports production, especially in the area of IP live production. Pac-12 Networks’ embrace of IP production has introduced higher quality production and cost savings across 850 live televised events each year.

Employing 100% IP networking plus high-end encoding, compression, communication and digital signal processing, Pac-12 has been able to eliminate the need for large trucks, satellite or terrestrial fibre uplinks and relocated nearly all staff to the network’s production facility in San Francisco.
