Sports Audio Summit 2024: Pushing sports audio forward through diversity and inclusion

Sports broadcasting audio lacks diversity behind the mic feeds, and that needs to change. With an ageing workforce of top-level people in audio, young diverse recruits are required to keep the industry going as well as to bring new ways of listening to the table.
