Sports Venue and Fan Engagement Summit: Broadcasters and vendors on new technologies that help fans get ‘even closer to the action’
Technologies that are geared towards further enhancing sports fans’ enjoyment will be in focus at the Sports Venue and Fan Engagement Summit, which is co-organised by SVG Europe and PanStadia & Arena Management Magazine, and will take place during ISE in Amsterdam on 8 February 2018.
From higher-resolution displays and superior audio reinforcement in stadiums, to the increased accessibility of related content on mobile devices, huge amounts of time and money are being invested in bringing sports fans even closer to the action. In a panel entitled Even Closer to the Action I: Broadcasters, Vendors and Fan Engagement’, broadcasters and vendors will consider the latest innovations in fan engagement, and how technologies used within the stadium and beyond can complement or contrast with each other.
Panellists joining moderator and SVG Europe Editor David Davies will include: Charlie Marshall, Supponor, COO; Ryan Jespersen, Wowza Media Systems, Regional Manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa; and Hassan Peymani, Volcano City, Director/Co-Founder.
The Sports Venue and Fan Engagement Summit is open to all ISE registrants. For more information, and to register for both the summit and (using a special code) ISE itself, please visit https://www.svgeurope.org/sports-venue-fan-engagement-2018/.
