Sports Venue and Fan Engagement Summit: Exploring design trends and operational changes
A key panel session at SVG Europe and PanStadia & Arena Management Magazine’s Sports Venue and Fan Engagement Summit will examine the evolving design practices and patterns of collaboration underpinning the development of sports venues. The summit will take place on February 8 during ISE 2018 in Amsterdam.
In recent times the increased expectations placed on new stadiums and arenas has led to much closer cooperation between architects, venue operators and panel developers. This panel will explore how understanding the requirements of modern sports venues and designing them to be adaptable and flexible is key to ensuring that they meet the differing expectations of operators, sports people and spectators alike.
Joining moderator and PanStadia & Arena Management Editor John Sheehan will be: Peter Ayres, AECOM, Director Buildings + Places; Mike Bondhiek, PTI Consulting, Managing Director; and Paul Brislin, Arup, Director and Architect.
