Streamlined workflow focus for Audio Network
Audio Network, the international music company specialising in music for film, television and video, will present its strategy to put music at the heart of a streamlined production workflow at IBC 2014. The company, which is the official music provider for IBCTV, will have its largest presence to date on Stand 7.H09 and will showcase how it is partnering with technology companies to simplify the music insertion and video editing process.
Audio Network offers TV and production companies access to a complete music solution by cutting through the traditionally costly process of licensing music and through technological advances, partnering with companies such as Endemol and NBC Universal to offer content and asset management solutions. The company is now looking to incorporate music even more seamlessly into the production process, investing in technology to become a partner for the broadcast industry and maximizing IP on a global level.
Juliette Squair, chief strategy officer, Audio Network, said: “At the start of this year we set out a clear plan to become a technology-driven music company spearheading technical advancements and innovation in the production music field. Our Strategic Business Development teams are already tailoring bespoke and white label solutions for major international companies, and we look forward to having some fruitful conversations and creating new partnerships at IBC 2014.”
With over 80,000 tracks to date, representing a diverse range of music genres, the company’s entire catalogue is cleared for multiple formats, worldwide, forever. This approach allows producers to make content for international distribution, emerging platforms and new media without the need to go through the complicated and expensive process of clearing individual tracks or re-versioning productions.
Audio Network will also be a sponsor of the SuperMeet Event on Sunday 14 September.
