SVG_E_Logo_stackedIn a further confirmation of Sports Video Group’s rapid growth in the European sports broadcast and production technology communities, SVG Europe has secured no fewer than eight new sponsors since IBC took place in September.

The new additions are: audio encoding/compression and noise reduction specialist Dolby (Platinum sponsorship); broadcast electronics developer sonoVTS (OB sponsorship); outside broadcast leader CTV (OB); RF technology provider Broadcast RF (OB); aerial cinematography specialist Aerial Camera Systems (Gold sponsorship); media software and video infrastructure solutions provider Imagine Communications (Gold); fibre-based transport and routing solutions pioneer BroaMan (Gold); and broadcast infrastructure and media services stalwart Arqiva (Gold).

Joe Hosken, general manager of SVG Europe, welcomed the new additions to the sponsor family: “The Sport Production Summit in Amsterdam on the eve of IBC was SVG Europe’s biggest conference  to date. During this event and at IBC, eight  new sponsors confirmed their desire to be part of Europe’s only broadcast television sport production community. Over 20 new sponsors have joined SVG Europe in 2014 and we firmly expect the association to go from strength to strength in the months to come.”
