SVG Europe partners with MEI for International Federations Summit

SVG Europe is collaborating with Major Events International (MEI) for its ‘International Federations Summit’ which is taking place in Lausanne, Switzerland on 12 and 13 February 2020 at the Movenpick Hotel. The collaboration will see SVG Europe produce a special seminar session at the event and will allow our sponsors to attend the conference and networking event for the very first time.

The International Federations Summit, now in its third year, is a two-day event held in the home of the IOC and many international sporting federations. Topics to be covered at the International Federations Summit 2020 will include:

• How can I utilise technology to make my events safer, more efficient and more profitable?
• What can I learn from other Federations who have solved the problems I have successfully?
• How do I balance the need to grow my sport with the need to grow my revenues?
• How do I find more sponsors?
• How do I choose the right host city
• What is the best way to interact with my Local Organising Committees?

Also during the event, Sports Video Group editorial executive director Ken Kerschbaumer will chair a one-hour session themed on ‘The Opportunities and Threats Presented by OTT’. The panel will include Chris Wagner, the managing director of OTT Advisors.
