SVG Europe Sport Facility Integration Summit: Depperschmidt, Hildebrand, Kunecova set for AV-IT convergence panel

ISE 2015 host venue the Amsterdam RAI

The growing clamour for integration between AV and IT systems will be the subject of a panel session at SVG Europe’s second annual Sport Facility Integration Summit, co-devised by audio consultant Roland Hemming and taking place at the Amsterdam RAI on 12 February during ISE 2015.

The free-to-attend event will be hosted in Room E102, and run from 9.30am to 1pm.

While proprietary solutions have hitherto dominated the landscape, the rise of IP-based networking heralds the promise of a much more flexible way of working as well as far greater integration with IT networks. In one key panel session, integrators and consultants who are active on both sides of the IT/AV divide will discuss the benefits – and potential pitfalls – of this ‘great convergence’.

Moderator Bob Snyder, editor-in-chief of Channel Media Europe, will be joined by Paul Depperschmidt, manager business development of Cisco, Andreas Hildebrand, senior product manager of ALC NetworX, and Lenka Kunecova, sales director of ColosseoEAS.
