Lise Heidal, President of NEP Europe, talked about the importance of leadership, embracing opportunities, and rewarding ability over assumption.
During a panel discussion, Premier Padel’s head of broadcast, Holly Flatley (pictured, centre), provided insight into the speed of growth of the sport of padel around the world.
Pushing women’s sport onscreen across Europe was a focus for Sky Germany’s director of operations at Sky Sport, Julia Boettger (pictured, right)
Both Sky Sport’s Julia Boettger and Premier Padel’s Holly Flatley opened up about their own career paths to date, including how they got into sports broadcasting.
